I myself suffer from all of these and more.But as a whole, as a society of dreamers mothers leaders passion minded women we have to fight our biggest opposition..ourselves!

This keeps your head looking toward the ending...the ultimate goal..the reward for said action...Keeping your goals clear helps you focus on the steps to achieve them
2. List what you need to do to reach said goals..
Create monthly...weekly goal markers to help you reach your particular goal..These keep you focused, and narrows your path toward completion
3.Get rid of Negative thoughts
Its been said that we are in the way of our own blessings..our mind goes straight towards the negative when we fear the unknown..which in turn hinders our ability to go forth with new experiences...For every negative thought fight it with three I can, I am thoughts....Watch your blessings grow
4. Create your personal affirmations
"I am beauty.I am Pure. I am mystery. I am Peace, my heart is full of love and my spirit holds my truth" This is my mantra..what i live by everyday...It keeps me grounded, honest, and focused on self growth..Jot down what you love about yourself and turn these into your affirmations
5. Remain steadfast!!!!
You will succeed....Remain true to yourself..stop self hating, learn to take setbacks with a smile, reflect on obstacles and move past them...Just Smile...
